It's just one of a series of weapons the country is considering as an alternative to conventional technologies. Other ideas floating around include gloves that would give their user 'bionic strength', and ultra-miniaturized sensors to detect explosives on suicide bombers." I don't hate the Israelis. I believe that Israel is a bad ally and that my country's relationship with Israel does more harm than good to me and my countrymen. Your allies don't spy on you. Your allies don't attack your vessels in international waters.
