Democracy Player is 0.9.2 and Growing Up Fast

Democracy takes all the hassle out of finding and watching videos from your favorite sources." In many ways, Democracy is the template of what I'd like to see out of Apple's upcoming iTV. Although my guess is that it will be more like MythTV- only for people willing to put in the effort.

The citizens of the world are growing weary of kowtowing to a religion whose ideas about committing violence in the name of God and the treatment of women have been making the world miserable for the last 800 years. You tell us that Christianity means peace, yet you bomb countries and overthrow sovereign governments at the drop of a hat. It's almost like you're all a bunch of angry little children looking for a fight. We're tired of your perpetual state of rage and manufactured indignity. Your lack of a sense of irony would be laughable if it wasn't so deadly. No worries, though. Within 50 years the Eastern and European civilized countries will find a commercially-viable alternative to a military based economy, and your violent and ignorant civilization will lose their only notable contribution to the world in the last several centuries - war. The rest of the world will recall your perpetual temper-tantrums, and will be glad to watch your oligarchical "civilizations" (I use that word to describe you VERY loosely) wither and die.

P.S. - We're also tired of every US politician using Israel's value as an intelligence asset in the region as an excuse to support a terrorist state (which has attacked US, NATO, and UN forces) with billions of dollars a year in military and economic aid. We all know that Israel is more of a liability than an asset, and that your pathetic actions are just a way of scratching the back of the military/industrial CEOs who have made numerous contributions to your political campaigns.

Does it support my video iPod

I want a software based on open standards that integrates with any mobile video player and converts all the video it receives into the format that I can use. So for my 60GB iPog 5G that means: transcode all content in 640x480 h.264 after download please. Oh - and WiFi sync with my TV in the apropiate format as well while you are at it. Is this too much to ask?
