Fighting Porn Vs. Ruining Innocent Lives
After news of the conviction of a substitute teacher for endangering minors — because porn popups, possibly initiated by adware, had appeared on her computer during class — comes the even sadder story of 16-year-old Matt Bandy. His family's life was turned upside-down when he was charged in Arizona with possession of child pornography, even though the family computer was riddled with spyware and Trojans. After the intervention of ABC's 20/20, Matt finally was allowed to plead to a lesser charge (namely, sharing a Playboy magazine with friends) and just barely escaped being labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life.
USAians is definitely appropriate cause us other "Americans" (those of us in Latin America) or even those in Canada don't want to be included when speaking about your fucked up country.
I didn't know Latin America had electricity, let alone the Internet. I thought the old Spanish aristocracy wouldn't allow their serfs to see the freedom of the outside world.
There are four boxes used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, ammo. Use in that order.

I'll settle this once and for all.
The country south of Canada: Dumbfuckistan.
The citizens of Dumbfuckistan: Dumbfuckistanians.
Last week a 28 yr old man got arrested for video taping "close-ups" of a girl while she was wrestling at a meet (yes a another girl forcing herself into a male sport). Even though he was in public he was arrested and charged with taking photos for his own gratification without the consent of another. Keep in mind we live in a day were 2 men can sodomise each other and it's portrayed as "normal" - but if a guy takes a photo of a girl's nice butt in public they want to put you in jail for 2 years. Really gross acts are being made to look peachy and little tastless actions are the "real" perversion. Everything is upside down now that common sense has been smeared by unsane feminised liberal media and craven prosecutors who use their station for political gain (as with Duke).

Law challenged by teacher accused of filming students
By PAUL J. WEBER
Associated Press
DALLAS -- A Texas law designed to combat high-tech Peeping Toms is under scrutiny from a high school teacher accused of videotaping a girls wrestling match for sexual pleasure.
Attorneys for David Ware, a speech and drama teacher in suburban Dallas, are the latest to challenge the 2001 law aimed at protecting people from ultra-small cameras that can peek into dressing rooms or up women's skirts. Critics say the statute is overly broad and often misapplied.
Ware, who also coaches girls softball, is expected to turn himself in to Grand Prairie police this weekend on charges of improper visual recording. Police said Ware, 28, captured about two hours of video at an all-day wrestling tournament Saturday, often zooming in on the girls' crotches.
His attorney, Scott Palmer, said Ware was simply interested in wrestling. But he said the larger issue is a wide-ranging law that, if fully enforced, would jail Dallas Cowboys fans for taking pictures of the team's sultry cheerleaders from the stands.
"How do you draw the line?" said Palmer, adding he has not seen the video. "If you go to a Cowboys game and take a close-up shot of their cleavage, are you committing the same offense because you think that has sex appeal? Apparently you are under this statute."
Under the law, filming a person without their consent for sexual arousal is a state jail felony. The statute makes no definition of age, nor distinguishes between filming in public or private.
But Grand Prairie Sgt. John Brimmer said the students in the video are younger than Cowboys cheerleaders -- and that Ware was much closer than the stands at Texas Stadium. He said the video, which he said also included boys wrestling, made officers suspicious that he was doing more than filming a wrestling match.
"This was more than accidental footage of the genital areas," Brimmer said.
