MIT Student Plans to Take on RIAA
NewYorkCountryLawyer writes "MIT's online newspaper, The Tech, reports that a student named as a John Doe by the RIAA is planning to fight back against their questionable legal tactics. The anonymous student told The Tech that he is 'the victim of a fishing expedition by the RIAA,' and is 'disappointed that MIT isn't going to step up ... Other schools like Boston University and the University of Oregon have resisted RIAA subpoenas of student records more actively than MIT has, he said'. Maybe his attorneys will be able to get some assistance from some of the Harvard Law School students in Professor Nesson's 'Evidence' class, who have been assigned — as part of their coursework — the drafting of a motion to quash an RIAA subpoena."

As most of you were educated in public schools, you probably missed out on Latin lessons, along with anything other than advanced welfare claiming skills and AP Ebonics. Well, now's the chance to rectify your pitiful proletarian preparation. To start with, we'll be looking at line 1 of Catullus 16:

The first word is pedicabo - this is the indicative future of the verb pedicare, literally to sodomize, something that Apple users and furries will be familiar with.
ego - I, myself. Not the latter day reference to the arrogance/confidence displayed by the jocks who flushed your head down cubicles and then screwed your sister, but a simple first person reference.
vos - you (plural). Similar to when you'd say "you" addressing a group of friends, if you had any that is.
et and. You (plural) are autistic and of poor hygiene and moral fibre.
immurabo - Future indicative again, this time for the verb immurare - to skull fuck, what those jocks did to your sister (and probably to you in the cubicle, truth be told).
Keep practising, and remember - just because you were born working clas scum, doesn't mean you'll die as anything else.
Yup...again, the RIAA wouldn't exist if people didn't steal what wasn't theirs to begin with....ah well.
All this could be avoided by forking over 0.99 for that song you so desperately need ...? Yes..? No..?
