Blackboard Patent Invalidated By Appellate Court

Arguendo writes "A federal appeals court ruled Monday that Blackboard Inc.'s patent on a learning management system is invalid in light of the inventors' own prior software product. We have previously discussed the patent and Blackboard's trial court victory against Desire2Learn. It's not completely over, but this is almost certainly the death knell for Blackboard's patent. If so inclined, you may read the appellate court's decision here (PDF) or on scribd."

Sorry man, I started reading it and it was interesting then it was like blah and I skipped to the end and didn't see and and started reading it again more times but I could care less how many people are using it so I skipped over a little bit and I couldn't find it and then tried reading it again and you really should make paragraphs or something because even though there is something useful in there I just couldn't find it so then I was distracted and I tried reading it again after you replied to me and I still could see it. I wanted to prove to myself that indeed the name of the company was in there so I used to search command on the browser after I already knew the name of the company was TraCorp and then sure enough it showed up and you were right.

See I used the name of the company too but no one is going to find it because my paragraph was so tedious.

Sorry man, I'm trying to be funny but I kinda want to make this point too. And thank you for replying.
