Microsoft Poland Photoshops Black Guy To White One

However, when you compare it with the original English version, you can see that someone decided that showing black people in Poland is probably not going to be convincing to business. They just Photoshopped the head of a white guy in for the black one, in an amateurish way, leaving his hand unchanged. (Here's a mirror in case something should happen to the original.)" We noted a few months back that the city of Toronto had done something similar.

I am still enjoying the thrashing about of the racists and rednecks, watching them throw wild accusations that are to say the least paranoid delusions is a bonus!

Poland has a chequered history.
During WW2, poles hated jews, Poles hated Germans, Poles hated Russians.
Jews hated Germans, Jews hated Poles, jews hated Russians.
The Germans hated Jews, Germans hated Russians.
Russians hated Poles, Russians hated Germans.
Each group strived hard to get rid of the other.

Forgive me for stating the obvious, but I do think it has to be said, if we're going to start calling the expulsion of Germans from Poland (and other parts of Europe) an "atrocity". After the shit the Germans pulled, they were lucky they were allowed to live -- period. After the Holocaust and WWII in general, you could make a decent argument that the German language should only live on in Hell.
If your biggest problem you have is that people keep telling you how amazing your Japanese is or how wonderful your kanji scipt appears, then the only problem you have is in your head.
It is perfectly reasonable, in a society where there are few westerners, for people to be surprised by your grasp of the language. It is a compliment to you that they are amazed by your skills. All you are doing is boasting about how amazing the Japanese people find you to be...
