Facebook Ordered To Turn Over Source Code
consonant writes "A Delaware District Court judge has ordered Facebook to turn over ALL its source code to Leader Technologies, who allege patent infringements by Facebook. The patent in question appears to be for 'associating a piece of data with multiple categories.'
Additionally, while the judge in question deems it fine to let Leader Technologies look at Facebook's source (for a patent, no less!) in its entirety for a single feature, it would be 'overboard to ask a patent holder to disclose all of their products that practice any claim of the patent-in-suit.'"
yes because your an asshole for creating an easier way of doing something thats already been done. Lets all go back to programming with punch cards because otherwise we're all assholes. Dont forget to stop using the mouse as well. Cant go having more then one input device.

That is such an original joke!!! I have never read that in one of these patent threads before, you are a comedy genius! Do you have your own late-night talk show? Because if you don't, the networks are missing out on one of the truly great comedic talents of this generation!
