Novell Wins vs. SCO

Aim Here writes "According to Novell's website, and the Salt Lake Tribune, the jury in the SCO v. Novell trial has returned a verdict: Novell owns the Unix copyrights. This also means that SCO's case against IBM must surely collapse too, and likely the now bankrupt SCO group itself.     Reasonable people understand that evidence is necessary to back up their spurious claims.

    I fail to see how this has relevance to the spurious claim presented.

    That's a valid question with respect to Novell, but asking how IBM can afford seven years of court costs is a bit like asking whether Sauron can stay up all night.
