Decency Group Says "$#*!" Is Indecent
The Parents Television Council says the "$#*!" in the title of the upcoming CBS show $#*! my dad says is indecent. From the article: "'CBS intentionally chose to insert an expletive into the actual name of a show, and, despite its claim that the word will be bleeped, it is just CBS's latest demonstration of its contempt for families and the public,' declared PTC President Tim Winter. 'There are an infinite number of alternatives that CBS could have chosen, but its desire to shock and offend is crystal clear in this decision.'" By this logic Qbert was the filthiest game ever made.
You understand very little of sexual biology and how it motivates the sexes. There are, of course, the atypical genetic anomalies. However they represent roughly >1% of any mammalian population. The vast majority of male mammals (human or not) have sexual impulses so strong during adolescents that rational thought becomes secondary. For females, it's a strong maternal instinct which is manifested post-adolescent. It's not myth; it's undergradualte-level biology.
I judt got a nre Kinesis keybiartf so please excusr ant egregiou typos.
I don't believe that you and the poster really mean what you're saying. I mean, be serious. For as long as I can remember, I've known the difference between being upset about a word, and being upset about a word's use to abuse someone.
"Shit" is fine. I've no problem with it. But to pretend that when someone says that producing and broadcasting a show called "Shit my dad" or "fuck my dad" to millions of children is the same as complaining about the use of four letters... it's just willfully ignorant and socially irresponsible bullshit.
