PostgreSQL 9.1 Released

For once I'd like to see software released with no changes, just a README file that says "Why bother, it works fine doesn't it?" So sick of developers adding verbose, usually needless crap to good enough software.

Don't run Postgres on Windows. That would be mindbogglingly stupid.
