Arnold Schwarzenegger Will Be Back As the Terminator

sfcrazy writes "Arnold Schwarzenegger returned to movies after his role as Governator of California and the legendary actor is all set to play the role of The Terminator once again — the character which turned him into an icon. Schwarzenegger told the fan site TheArnoldFans.com, 'I'm very happy that the studios want me to be in Terminator 5 and to star as the Terminator.'"

    I think they did this with Crispin Glover's character in Back To The Future 2, and he sued the studio for using his likeness. I can't find the article right this moment but IIRC Crispin Glover won the suit and now studios can't use an actors likeness without their permission.

    Dissatisfied with these plans, Glover filed a lawsuit against the producers, including Steven Spielberg, on the grounds that they neither owned his likeness nor had permission to use it. Due to Glover's lawsuit, there are now clauses in the Screen Actors Guild collective bargaining agreements which state that producers and actors are not allowed to use such methods to reproduce the likeness of other actors.[7]

    They didn't. The last one was episode VI.

    From the article:

    Schwarzenegger also told TheArnoldFans, "We start shooting in January and I'm also going to do 'King Conan'. To play that role and also to do another 'Twins' movie. I feel very proud of that. I feel very happy and I'm looking forward to doing those films."

    I guess he will be doing Conan AND a sequel for "Twins".
