George Zimmerman Acquitted In Death of Trayvon Martin

theodp writes "Following nearly three weeks of testimony, a jury of six women in the George Zimmerman trial has found the former neighborhood watch volunteer not guilty of second-degree murder. He was also found not guilty of the lesser offense of manslaughter, which the jury also weighed."

    It wasn't the media, it was the perjury, the judge shopping, the refusal to obey court orders and the fact that GZ killed the only real witness that did it.

    I'm very much surprised that they couldn't get him on manslaughter charges considering that GZ was on top at the time that TM was shot. I'm not sure how he would have gotten the pistol out from the holster in his back pocket while pinned to the ground.

    So does any of that excuse you for being a closed minded racists bigot? In case you did not get the memo from the rest of the world, racists come in all colours. I'm guessing by our language and hate for WASP's that you are not one? Hello Mr. Racist pig. I judge you not by the colour of your skin (don't even know what it is, don't care) but your character. You could be purple with yellow and blue polka dots for all I care.

    Black people who attack asians in LA are racists in case you did not get the memo. Black people who attack white people because they are white are equally as racist as white people who attack black people. There is no bullshit concept as "reverse racism".

    PS. I have a blood relatives from all of the racial groups in the world in case you feel like calling me a racist.

    The point is Zimmerman started it by hunting an innocent child through the night, so any claim of "self defense" is nonsense because Zimmerman was on the offense, not the defense. It's 180-degrees opposite of self defense. It's exactly what self defense isn't.
