Dish Pulls Fox News, Fox Business Network As Talks Break Down
An anonymous reader writes Fox News and Fox Business were pulled by Dish Network over the weekend, as both continue to argue over a fee agreement. From the article: "Dish said in a statement early Sunday morning that 21st Century Fox had blocked access to the two networks after Dish balked when rates for other networks owned by the media conglomerate were made a part of the negotiations. Tim Carry, executive vice president of distribution at Fox News Channel, countered in a statement that "Dish prematurely ceased distribution of Fox News in an attempt to intimidate and sway our negotiations. It is unfortunate that the millions of Fox News viewers on Dish were used as pawns by their provider. Hopefully they will vote with their hard earned money and seek another one of our other valued distributors immediately."

Do people actually watch Fox news? I though it was sort of a parody thing.
Take your CNN and New York Times and leftest-liberal, yellow journalism propaganda machine and stick it up your ass! Just because YOU don't agree doesn't mean you are correct, it just means you are an asshole, and full of shit.
It's always amusing to see losers with no life posting on Slashdot trying to make people think they are smarter than everyone else. One thing you can be sure of is that the average employee of any news network is heads and heels above you when it comes to intelligence simply by the fact that THEY are running a television network and YOU ... are posting on Slashdot.
News for ya...you aren't as smart as you think you are and no one is buying your bullshit. You want to dump on Fox or any other network? Start your own fucking network and compete. Until you do that you are nothing more than a fucking crumb in the peanut gallery commenting on things he doesn't understand.
So in other words, Dish has improved their channel lineup.
