Russian Hackers Stole Millions From Banks, ATMs
An anonymous reader writes Tens of millions of dollars, credit cards and intellectual property was stolen by a new group of cyber criminals. Group-IB and Fox-IT, in a joint research effort, have released a report about the Anunak hackers group (PDF). This group has been involved in targeted attacks and espionage since 2013. Anunak targets banks and payment systems in Russia and CIS countries. In Europe, the U.S., and Latin America, criminals were mainly focusing on retail networks as well as mass media resources. Anunak is unique in that it aims to target banks and e-payment systems. The goal is to get into bank networks and gain access to secured payment systems. As a result, the money is stolen not from the customers, but from the bank itself. If they manage to infect governmental networks, they use the infrastructure for espionage.
Russia is now glorious and strong, with the practice of good, honest, capitalist values that show the benefit of hard work and wholesome productivity.

Now the elephant in the room is, do all the races have exactly the same IQ distribution amongst their population? Test results say no. Need citation? Just look up anything, SAT, GRE, MCAT, police dept entrance exams, fireman exams, military exams, straight IQ tests, anything. The body of evidence is overwhelming.

Environment is more important than IQ. There are plenty of highly intelligent criminals. If you educate people with high IQ and no moral convictions you end up with a very dangerous criminal.

Because that's where your taxes will go. How much of your taxes go to people being the victim of identity theft? None. How many times does the FBI/NSA/CIA get involved when one of our citizens' bank account is emptied by hackers? Never.
But if a corporation like Sony gets hacked or the banks get stolen from (even though they can simply restore their databases back to reflect the original amounts afterwards) then there will be a large investigation and the POTUS will get involved etc etc.

The body of evidence is overwhelming. IQs have been steadily rising over the past century. The phenomenon even has it's own name: The Flynn Effect.
It seems that for the population as a whole, nurture and not nature has a strong effect on IQ. We have some indications of what that "nurture" may be - nutrition, education, household stability, etc.
So lets not jump on the "some races are naturally dumb" bandwagon quite yet, until we even out the nurture part.of the equation. Until we eliminate food insecurity in poor households, until an inner city school is just as good as a private school, until we've brought livable incomes to all, we should not and can not excuse the problem by saying some races just don't have what it takes.
We need to fix our society, because as it happens, we've set up a class of people (which partially correlates to some racial groups) to more likely fail than succeed. And that's a drain on the present and the future.

I've always thought that was the difference between wisdom and intelligence. It is possible to be very intelligent and yet be unwise or immoral. Sociopaths are often extremely intelligent.
If these hackers get into government sites, I would consider it an act of treason or warfare. Result should be death penalty or lifetime in prison.
If is a bank, then at least 50 years and a day in prison as a dishwasher.

Yeah, you have to keep your eyes open to see things like that. There were two lynchings this year of Black men for dating white women. Or is the fact that you are unwilling to notice such things proof they didn't happen?
No, people, anyone (including blacks!) can live anywhere in this country they choose (and can afford) to.
Again, simply and factually wrong. The Municipality of Anchorage explicitly passed a resolution 5 years ago affirming the right of landlords and sellers to discriminate based on sexual preference. Or does "anyone" not include gays? They aren't alone in that, but I lived there at the time and spoke at the meeting about it.
