He manages to play classic 3D Mario and Zelda games running in a Nintendo 64 emulator on the original LG G-Watch, while also running Monster Hunter on the PPSSPP emulator.As the linked article admits, this is a work of passion rather than practicality -- if you actually want to play those games enjoyably, don't trade your console or conventional emulator for a smart watch.

    There's no game called "3D Mario" or "Zelda" so they shouldn't be italicised.

    He plays Super Mario 64 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

    Though, as a foreign English speaker, I learned the verb "to coax" today. I can't believe after years in the US I learnt a verb in a slashdot headline.

    so many games and emulators on phones always seem to put the damn buttons over the game screen. for most phones, anyways, there is no reason to not pillarbox the game screen and leave ample room on the sides for the buttons, as all these old systems are 4:3.
