Michael Cohen Says He Tried To Rig Online Polls 'at the Direction' of Donald Trump (cnbc.com)

Dan Mangan, writing for CNBC: President Donald Trump's former personal lawyer and longtime fixer Michael Cohen on Thursday said he tried to rig online polls -- including one conducted by CNBC -- "at the direction and for the sole benefit of" Trump when he was thinking about making a run for the White House. "I truly regret my blind loyalty to a man who doesn't deserve it," Cohen said in a tweet copping to the electronic chicanery to have Trump's name rank higher in online polls than it otherwise would have.

Cohen's admission came shortly after The Wall Street Journal published a story detailing how he retained an information technology company to manipulate a 2014 CNBC online poll identifying the nation's top 100 business leaders to bolster Trump's chances of making that list. That effort failed. And Trump himself fumed in 2014 on Twitter about his absence from CNBC's poll results.

PRESIDENT Trump must still be weeping himself to sleep each night in the WHITE HOUSE over a four year old online poll...

High five sport! You totally owned Trump!

He was not running for president in 2014, that is a full 2 years before he ran.

So no campaign finance, no campaign accounting, no violation.

I think the only thing drummer than Trumps statements are the liberals that try to tie him to some felony. It is the liberal version of "Where is the birth certificate?"

No, there just aren't enough idiots in US to elect Trump, so significant number of non-idiots voted for him. You need to understand why non-idiots voted for him instead of just calling them idiots or this will happen again.

There weren't even enough non-idiots to elect Trump since he never got the majority of the popular vote. It took an archaic gerrymandered assembly know as the 'Electoral College', which no other nation has ever seen enough sense to copy, to make Trump president.

The FBI wanted to destroy Trump since he was a candidate. They'll make up anything to do that. We know they colluded with Hillary's campaign (via Fusion PS) to produce a fake Russian dossier on Trump, and get the Russians to leak it to the press.

They took down Nixon, and apparently think they can get rid of any democratically elected president they don't like. Time to defund the FBI and bar all members from any future government job. Replace it with a new agency with the same charter. Maybe we'll get a generation or two before the new one becomes entirely corrupt.

The problem is, he hasn't weakened the country. We have a stronger economy, we are checking NoKo, China, and Iran. Oh, and illegals, he is struggling to fend them off, but no one disagrees that they drain our entitlement coffers. Every administration since Reagan has said so.

Just because someone disagrees with you, doesn't make them an idiot.

There was no good or reasonably intelligent reason to vote for Trump

I didn't vote for Trump, but I can give you a good reason to vote for him over Hillary:

Hillary is a warmonger. Specifically, she is happy to use the military as a diplomacy tool. Whereas chief president blowhard has such strong confidence in his negotiating, talking skills, that he will try to talk the other side into doing what he wants, instead of trying to invade them.

    Hillary was the pro-war option.

Great I'm now an idiot Democrat because given the choice between Trump and Clinton, I choose President Trump. There was no way my conscious and morals would let me vote for Hillary because she was so full of lies, hate of women, and willing backed up her cheating husband for political reasons only. When you result to insults, you've lost the argument.
