  1. Missing the joke on Blogger Finds Bug in NASA Global Warming Study? · · Score: 1

On one hand you're talking about arrest of global warming skeptics and 'believing in science' which are obviously erroneous statements. But the parts about Holocaust deniers and the end where you bring in Bush makes me think you're serious in your criticism of global warming advocates. I guess the question is, who are you trying to cast in a poor light by drawing these parallels to the war on terror?

If he had gotten off because the judge had decided email and IM's weren't synonomous then it would have been news. INAL but judges can't change bad laws, just interpret them correctly for the situation. Kudos to the judge for not letting technology muddle the real issue.

  6. Re:Return to consoles on IBM Announces Wii Chips In Nintendo Hands · · Score: 1

I'm doing the same thing. I Started with a nintendo, then got an SNES(both of which I dust off and play occasionally). Then I switched exclusively to PC gaming, but the Wii is drawing me back to consoles because it seems to be providing functionality that PC's don't have. This is in comparison to other systems (not just this generation) which are just proprietary computers IMO. That plus the supposedly cheap price are bringing me back into the console fold.
