The launch titles dont match up with Wii, the graphics dont seem much better than a 360, and theres no guarantee that bluray actually will be the next DVD rather than HD-DVD... So whats the point?
I mean, perhaps in a few years when I can find one at a pawn shop because some fool who overspends bought one when it was released... But Id prefer to save the extra $300 and invest in current generation games and maybe a Wii.
System for 250 Three extra wiimotes w/ chuk 180 Total: $430
Plus you already have a game to play.
Compare this to PS3: $600, one controller, no game. Controllers will start out 30-40 bucks, so setting is up for 4 people and buying a game ($60-70 for each new game) will set you back $750-$790 plus tax!! The Wii still amounts to being nearly half the price, plus the new games will each be $10-20 cheaper... For every 3 PS3 games you get you can get 4 for the Wii.
Can anybody say 3DO or Jaguar?
