    Not necessarily archaic terms... "The people have the right be be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects" Effects is defined as "personal belongings" There is no way that anyone could interpret the 4th Amendment to no protect electronic devices. Ugh.

    The video keep dying because Apple has a script that checks for QuickTime in your browser plugins list. If it is not there, it loads a div called "noqt" over the video. This div includes a link to "Download QT for free!" Yeah, we would if you would make a Linux version, morons.

    Vista under a VM has worked fine for me since January using VirtualBox, the open source VM manager. Once again, the FOSS is months ahead of proprietary...
    The only thing that doesn't work is the 3D effects, which don't matter.

    If I paid for it then it should work (shouldn't break/shouldn't be so easily exploitable). If I didn't pay for it then I should expect to make a contribution. This isn't always how it happens in the real world, though. If the open project has a huge community (e.g. Apache) there tend to be even fewer exploits than in commercial software. May I remind you of IIS?

    When I read this title I thought "WTF? What about cell phones, hell, even most modern cordless phones operate at 2+GHz.
