The NDP and Liberal supporters love to bash Conservatives online any way they can. Personally, I'm sick of it. Rather than convincing people that a particular platform is worth voting for, they like to convince people who not to vote for. If you follow this story, I'll bet you find more and more NDP and Liberal politicians shout out in outrage till the headlines fade, then fall silent.
It's all garbage, anyway. By the time any politician gets to the point of party leadership, they are corrupted to some degree. It's never aboot the people, it's only about the votes, the next election.
Look at cbc.ca, pick any topic, and count how many posts in the story comments before someone is bashing a political party. I challenge you to get past 30 posts.
Whatever. I gotta go pee on some cornflakes.
I did send him a couple of links to teach him why invading the privacy of all Canadians is not a good way to stop cybercrime.
I think that's the point there. I don't think they had any idea whatsoever that the Canadian populace may have gotten good at this "internet thing" and might just have a thing or two to say about it. Never thought I'd say that I'm with the pedophiles.....
You know, I live in Vancouver, Canada. Every single major issue I dealt with for or Dell servers that was solved on the 1st attempt was by the Houston support offices. Anyone know why they were so much better?
I disagree. My shift startup meetings involve Production, Purchasing, Shipping and Sales. In less than 10 minutes we can identify priorities, issues, conflicts and shortages. I get to address issues as they come up, and inform dept. reps on the spot. Everyone is on deck, my OTD is as close to perfect as it can be, and nobody gets surprised. Sure, it may be a little redundant, but to catch issues on the fly is fucking priceless.
When a MakerBot can start making things out of engineering materials capable of handing meaningful loads and temperatures (metal and ceramic, perhaps some high-performance plastics) then we have something.
I have to say, to be able to quickly prototype a model and get a hands-on form fit and function before going to the machine shop with these is golden, this technology has already saved my company buckets of money.
Please ignore this message, as your rapier-sharp wit has bested me. Please do NOT read the email that was sent to you that is informing you that I responded to this thread. Just delete it. You win. I give you the last word, sir.
Burns like a dick up your ass, doesn't it?
Oh, and I love my Galaxy Tab 10.1. I think the Ipad2 is pretty cool, solid chassis and good interface, but I love the Marketplace on my Android. Can anyone answer me though, why no SD?
Then run yourself. Find other people who feel the same way you do and get yourselves organised. Get people to run for office, everywhere from School Boards to President. Tell people about the issues you feel strongly about, and tell them how you plan to deal with them.
Or just sit around on the Internet and complain about it, like everybody else does.
Your post is deserving of attention and respect, in my opinion. I wish you hadn't posted as AC.
We ARE the people.
Just sayin.
Exactly. As a Manager, you need to look at your staff, and ask yourself "where's this stuff is coming from?" and figure out what the motivation may be. Knee-Jerk reactions aren't going to find the reason this shit is even on the table. Perhaps upper Management doesn't even know there are issues on the floor that need addressing, or CapEx considerations that need to be put in the next budget....
I'm just sayin...
He's not a douche by default.
Sorry, I have to disagree. From my experience, the enunciation from those who speak Tagalog as a native language and ESL for tech support is much easier to understand. As well, (again, only within my personal experience) I found the Manilla call centers more willing to go the extra mile to resolve the problem at hand, even if it requires a call back from a more experience operator. It's not just scripting, they have people with intimate knowledge of the products.
My two cents.
Sorry, me dusting cobwebs here... Is that Python? Two coconuts?
Opps, AC accident.
And with the invention of the "stack em and rack em" automated garages, this could really solve some downtown problems.
Based on? Anything supporting your statement?
I've been hearing that since MP3's 1st came out... That's why I'm curious.
I thought mp3's were legal to download as review material for 24 hours. Was/is that true?
When you mentioned shipping containers, were you thinking of this? http://abcnews.go.com/WNT/story?id=162480#.T1RLHpgtA20
Uranium in a pipe, like the Little Boy design, sailed through security a year *after* ABC publicized the exact same test before.
And I can be taken down for trying to take nail clippers in my carry on.... sheesh! What a fucking joke the whole infrastructure is.
Hear Hear!

You wish. The Troll booth is just down the street.
This isn't the CBC, keep your partisan crap where it belongs.

I knew this guy once, back when I was older. Long story.

Making wine from water there, methinks.

Arrogant Stoner! We were wondering where you went.. How's your Mom?
Exactly what is the difference between a no-name Chinese battery, and a named Chinese battery, besides cost?
I'd guess it would be brand recognition and QC/QA. BAK puts out decent cells.
