No arguing about that, still the United Kingdom is also a monarchical theocracy and a representative democracy whereas Saudi Arabia is an absolute monarchical theocracy.

How the hell can you have both Socialist (people owning the means of production) and Fascist (corporations owning the means of production) in the same sentence. They are opposites and the fascists hate the socialists and the socialists hate the fascists.
Personally I like socialist ideas like co-ops, credit unions and small businesses, ideally working in a capitalist manner.
I don't like fascist ideas like huge business that is not answerable to anyone, owns the government and does its best to remove freedoms like the freedom to deal with who you like in a capitalist manner.
Capitalism works best with a lot of small players instead of a couple of large players who usually own the government.

The Federal Republic of the United States of America.

Which means that you are a federally organized bunch of (North) American states without a monarch.
By contrast Canada is a federally organized bunch of (North) American provinces with a monarch.
Both are representative democracies, unlike Saudi Arabia which is an absolute monarchy or N Korea which is republican dictatorship.
Republican just means no monarch, nothing to do with democracy.

Not American so hopefully I have this right.
The constitution is the highest law.
The constitution can be amended and therefore changed.
The very first amendment passed had something like "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;"
Copyright is a law that congress has passed in such a way that an American is limited in his speech, eg can't legally sing Happy Birthday.
The first amendment overrides the copyright clause in the constitution.
Now in your example, I'd guess it would only be wrong if someone spoke your code, perhaps as a poem or published the text in the press, perhaps a computer magazine or an internet blog.

The US, Australia and Canada did not invade and defeat enemies across the ocean. They went across the the Ocean to a base on an Island just a few miles away from the mainland called the British Isles and attacked from there. Look it up, the invasion of Europe was launched from England.
Also one of the main reasons for the success of the invasion was due to the USSR attacking overland from the other direction.
Up the page you show ignorance of the first World War as well, namely that one of the big motivations was the moving boundaries between the belligerents. Not only is there the whole mess in the Balkans but Germany and France still had problems with their boundaries from the Franco-Prussian war, namely the Alsace-Lorraine, one of the richer parts of Europe at the time.

If all our incomes were going up, no problem. Personally I've lost work lately and have had to lower my fees to not lose more. This is after 15 years of static fees due to every one else having static wages. Meanwhile the grocery's have doubled in price. Gas has almost doubled in price. My phone keeps getting more service charges added to it and the same with my cell phone.
I know I could buy a TV way cheaper now then ever but who's got the spare money to buy anything that is not necessary?
The real problem seems to be the rich using their wealth to create more monopolies instead of creating more wealth like the mentioned Carlos who has a cell phone monopoly and can charge $0.50 a minute to both sides of a phone call in one of the poorer areas of the Americas instead of there being a bunch of companies competing.
