  1. Re:Mozart + Hilton + Britney = Party Ethics?! on Complete Mozart Works Now Free · · Score: 2, Informative

On the contrary. Mozart and his ilk invented the rave, although in his days, the music was better, but the drugs were pretty lousy. Still, I'd expect if Mozart was around today, we'd see his mangina flashed around the media pretty often.

  2. Re:Good news on Disk Drives Face Challenge From Chips · · Score: 1

I repair student computers for a small university (2000 students) and we see about 3-4 dead laptop drives a week, mostly hitachi and toshiba drives. Many are less than 2 years old, and none are older than 4. So I'd say a lot of people are buying junk.

It's time the Chinese started acting like the world power they are and adopt a country to destroy and rebuild in their own terrible visage. It's the only way to really make a name for yourself on the international stage.

The next step, clearly, is to invite Hans Blix. And then feed him to your sharks.

  8. Self-rating performance? on No Video Games on School Nights · · Score: 1

I'm not sure that self-rating academic performance is a good way to gauge these students. Maybe it'd be better to say that kids who play less videogames have more confidence in their work.

America... just a nation of [three] hundred million [unemployed software engineers] with all the money we need to buy guns and no qualms about killing anybody else in the world who tries to make us uncomfortable. -Hunter S. Thompson
