    What news are you watching, there are 10's of thousands of protesters but not they all went home, it was a couple hundred punks in different locations and most just watched. And yes if you read my post, I have been on the edge of a riot. The mob mentality is that hey there are a whole bunch of people around and hey I can get away with anything so an individual were do it just because they can.

    I would hardly call it a riot, I was in Pullman when they had the riot there which wasn't much of a riot either. For the most part you have a couple hundred people just standing there just to see what happens and about 30 who are up to no good. If the watchers left, then the hoodlums would get their butts tossed in jail where they belong. Its basically over now, the news no longer is covering it.

    Its "odd" that there are no even numbers at all, not just the last number is odd. Pretty lame huh, acutally at 11:59:59 tonight is the last odd moment, wow can't wait.

    Well if you are developing for an Open Source project then your code must be readable, but when you develop for a one time shot product and you hate the PM, then coders tend to stray off, just for spite.

    I would have to agree, you got to be absolute braindead to write unreadable vb code. For the most part good vb coders can write some great code then performs well. The problem is everybody and their grandma can write vb, this is where vb gets its piss poor performance. I would still write C dll's for the hard core crunching.

    I have had Fla$hcom since last April, I have their 384 SDSL service for about $80 a month. The funny thing is that they have charged my credit card only 3 times. So technically I am getting it for $40, but I am stuck in a one year contract. I got free installation and free bridge so I am making out like a bandit.

    Atguard is rated one of the best, WRQ usually makes quality products. SyShield is absolutely brainless, just set a security level Ultra High to Disabled. You can check your security at DSLReports.com or use Shields Up for windows users. Each site gives tips for what users can do in securing their site and run tests against you local machine. Nukenabber is a useful tool that is freeware which will help you if you get an attack.

    The worst browser out there is Sun's HotJava, it is by far the biggest pile of crap out there. Old Scotty must of been trying to keep up with Billy on that one. Hey its a Java Browser so its slow and runs satisfactory at best on every OS. Opera is ok, they need a non-MDI version. Netscape crashes way too often. IE wins by showing up because everybody else blows.

    Here is the list of their other products, who cares about a flatscreen when you could have the a panoramic projection screen. Talk about gaming action. Its some pretty cool and pricey stuff.
