That's a nice thought, but they aren't challenging "every little thing" the government does, they only challenge things they don't like, and there aren't a similar number of "flaming crazies" challenging other laws that other americans view as blatantly unconstitutional or imposing on freedom.
Take "obscenity" laws for instance, blatantly unconstitutional and yet those who oppose such laws aren't running around the streets casually with semi-automatic weapons or making references to "2nd amendment remedies" when things don't go their way.
If this were a case about a law requiring everyone to purchase a Bible, these same people would be actively supporting the law or at least remaining silent, because that's what they do, they only run their mouths and cry about freedom when it suits their personal causes.

If verification fails, the user can either bypass checking or boot to a safe recovery mode.
That's the step where the system checks it's integrity. Google has said all along that users would not be forced out of their own devices by overzealous security measures.
What the fuck is this comment? I expected at least THREE separate blatant stereotypes, a racial slur and some kind of reference to Apple users being gay. Go back and try again.
If I said my penis was 5,000 flagoogles long, it might *sound* impressive, but maybe a hundred flagoogles is only half of a nord?
Isn't a flagoogle a unit of time and not distance?
If your penis was a car, would it be an 18 wheeler or a hatchback? Please phrase your answer in a way that would make Alex Trebek's ears flutter in glee.
Most of the iPhone users i've talked to say its been just fine on AT&T. I've got an iPhone 4 and it's working great, 3G speeds are plenty fast, and calls haven't dropped at all. Voice sounds bad, and AT&T might be worse in that respect than other carriers, but poor call quality seems to be part of a trend that followed the switch to digital phones, they just sound worse than the older analog ones and definitely worse than landlines.
Most of the AT&T hate seems to be coming from users in large cities like SF and NY. I expect that the signaling issues that TechCrunch and others have reported on that are specific to AT&Ts network are hitting hardest there.
It's so cute that this mom ACTUALLY believes her kid(s) when they say that they "stumbled upon the porn by accident".
Junior:'Honest mum, somehow my keyboard just magically typed naked sluts and somehow the mouse must have moved on it's own to click on the links. I'm innocent I tell you!'
And implementing what this stupid MP wants to implement wont do anything but shift the excuse.
Now it will be "Right-o, dear mum, i'm ever so confused about how the opt-in switch became all chumba wumba n'such........fancy a spot of tea?"
That's how the brits talk, i know because i've seen American TV.
Look at the price. The ISPs continue to believe they deserve hundreds of dollars for connections like this even in a major city where population density is extremely high.
I was under the impression that you COULD do that on the iPhone.....maybe its just local storage of data and not the entire thing working in offline mode?
If the developer opportunities are good, i'm in. Problem is, calling something an App Store doesn't really change things much if you're just giving people access to a web site. Maybe they're going to focus on local apps written in html+css+js?
How is this not a first amendment violation? If person X, or lets say even company Y doesn't want to make their articles/website/cartoons/jokes available in specific format, what right does the government have to come in and do anything about it?
And why is this any sort of priority for the justice department? I have news for the feds, your airplane terrorist watchdogs are molesting children right now, find something more important to work on. Mkay?
I looked over the show list.....and I can't find any reason why i would want to pay for Hulu Plus, in fact I think i'd have more reason to pay for the main Hulu site than Plus, because the shows available are different. And then I remember they both have ads anyway, and neither of them have shows I actually would pay for like Showtime content or HBO stuff.
No one but the cable and satellite companies (who don't actually make the product I actually want, shows) seem to want my money, it's a shame.
The supreme court is the one who set the "miller test", as far as i know that still stands.

We know all about it, doing something with that information is another issue.

MORE closed? No, because Google has always said that users could get into the core os if they wanted to without resorting to exploits and hacking.
Know how to get those type out of your way? Mention that the place is out of meatball subs, but you've got a special one just for her.
Also a good way to get arrested, so weigh your options carefully.

Which news channel shows films at 11?

They make more from one person forced to settle than thousands of buyers on itunes
I honestly can't believe that people bitch about paying $200 a month for speed comparable to an OC3 ($20k/month).
I honestly can't believe it's not butter.
Which I already addressed in my first comment.
Why don't high density American cities have cheap superfast connections?

No they're playing nice with the EU so they don't have to fork over 100 million dollars in fines

I've heard of "one handed typing", but if you have to get your feet, both hands and a baby involved, seek therapy.
Am i supposed to be happy about this or not?
$10 says this fails miserably
Well, that depends on how you look at it.
If you read the words, it says "federal reserve note" and some other stuff.
But then if you read Hamiltons stoic face, it says "All your coke goes past my face first. LOL"
Gaybies?
