I prefer Firefox, but everything is standardized to Internet Explorer, which sucks because some backgrounds are not displayed when I open a page with Firefox, so if producers would just make their format fit with Firefox, it'd make me like Firefox even more
packet sniffers are also used in security. They can sniff out anyone on your network and allow you to decide whether or not that person should be on the network. It all goes back to the way something is being used.

It has been discussed before, turning voting into an internet based event would be too insecure and would make it quite easy to change votes around
