Options are things consumers want... but they don't need, cause when there are to many they can't choose....
so there are two options in general
good or bad
and if you brake it down there are all the option in between... but hey... we are binary thinkers here ain't we ?:-)

like an ever lasting batery or a nice internet remote controled inhouse climate control,
