This won't really apply to you, but I remember seeing baseboard conduits that looked pretty stylish in the case of someone needing to retro-fit an existing house.
I've done a quick search but haven't been able to find something like that, so if anyone has links to a product like that I, and I'm sure others would appreciate it.
BeOS + Soundplay (mp3,etc player) or BeOS + Robinhood (a threaded BeOS native WebServer)
have both had this capability for ages, its nothing really new.
The Keyboard looks just like the one I picked up for $10 at active surplus here in toronto, I haven't go a standard IR port on my machine to test it yet.
if it's in fact the same KB, its actually a remarked from a korean manufacturer whose name I don't quite remember ATM

actually .ch is switzerland, but europe has its own laws protecting folk who reverse-engineer under the auspices of interoperablity.
