I was really hoping to see some improvements with Media Center. Metro sytle interface, and Media Center on my Big Screen, this would make a great HTPC.
I have ICS running on my HP Touchpad, but I'd still like to see further development for WebOS. If they could make WebOS run Android apps, that would be fantastic.
Android is OpenSource, and many other apps and OS's that are OpenSource actually created lots of jobs. HP couldn't make WebOS a viable operating system, but once it becomes Open Source, WebOS should start thriving again.
What about Quantum Entanglement? Being able to communicate instantaneously across any distance, which would be beneficial to probes exploring deep space.
It's not designed to take massive high resolution pictures. All the megapixels are there for the Zoom capabilites that most cell phone cameras lack. It's not like you can put an optical zoom on a phone, so this is the next best thing. Only problem is how well can they stabalize the picture if you zoom in 20x times.
If someone is killed in a car accident, you have to look at all factors as to why it happened. An incompetent driver is just as bad as an intoxicated one. I've seen many stories of people killed by someone sleeping at the wheel, or old people who shouldn't be driving. If you're doing something your shouldn't be, and it leads to the death of someone, then you should be punished no mater if you're intoxicated or not. It's one thing if you're drunk, and another if you just had a drink that slightly puts you over the limit. The limits have been set so low, a teaspoon of cough syrup will bust you for DWI.
I knew it wouldn't take long to make a netbook into a table with detachable keyboard base. Although I'm all for this new technology, so long as it doesn't cost more than a regular laptop which can do more. Personally, I like using my HP Touchpad with dock as my bed side Alarm Clock.
Why not put a camera in the car, so they can make sure you’re not drink, eating, sleeping, talking/texting on the phone, putting on makeup, playing with the radio, yelling at the kids in back, or looking at girls in bikinis.
The law will prosecute you to the fullest extent if you're slightly over the legal alcohol limit, but could care less that a blind old lady shouldn't be driving on the roads. So alcohol is more dangerous than incompetent drivers? I've seen more accidents from people who don't pay attention to the road because they are too busy playing with the radio, eating a burger and fries, putting on makeup, etc. etc. I've driving intoxicated before, and I was very careful driving when I was, but you can't always avoid an idiot on the road. but because I had a few drinks, it's automatically my fault.
I find the Wii Fit board to be much more accurate for some activities, such as ones that require balance. A Camera can't accurately predict your weight and posture.
The social structure of our society today is creating Fat Lazy kids. Parents are too worried about letting their kids go play outside unsupervised, and their are too many rules and regulations that keep kids from having fun. When I was a kid, I rode my Bike all over the place and my parents never worried about it unless I came home late. Today, everyone is living under fear.
The Kinect isn't perfect either. If someone gets in the camera's view, it can mess up the game. The camera also needs good lighting for it to work properly. Both systems have their Pros and Cons.
If your goal is to beat the next level in the game, then you don't expect much exercise. My kids play the Wii because their bored, and they just want to play a game. My wife uses the Wii to exercise and gets a good workout from it. It all depends on your mind set and what you expect to get from these games.
I get 5GB per month plus free Wifi HotSpot tether for only $30 a month. They may not have iPhones, but who cares if it's going to cost a fortune to use it.
It's not going to stop all Pirating, and they can place a time limit on how long the IP address gets blocked. It's just an easy measure to discourage some pirating, and I think it's better than trying to cap the bandwidth on the free usage.
This method is used a lot to prevent people from over using web services.
When I taught classes at a local college, I was graded by the students. If a student didn't like my teaching, you just had to look at his GPA and that explained everything.
Or pixels on a big screen.

Now I'd like to see the Original series in HD!
You want to change how we use Fuel, increase the price of gas to $10 a gallon. That will cause people to make changes, I guarantee it!

I wonder if IBM will be upgrading Watson with a Quantum computer brain. Won't be long now before they invent HAL.
When I purchased my first Digital Camera for under $100, that's when Kodak's film cameras died!

Even if you feel your kid is safe by themselves, someone else will think differ and report you for neglect. You can't win either way.

Yea, instead of playing Tennis on the TV, go play Tennis outside. There is no substitute for the real thing.

The U.S. doesn't make anything, so why not counterfeit those countries that make all the goods.

You're caught pirating and they block your IP.
