    PayPal is my preferred payment system because its fast and secure,
    but when I'm selling I want to offer people alternatives and ebay shoulden't have a say over how payments are done, thats between me and my customers.

    I support Google's submission to the ACCC.

    But then how would telco's make money?

    Have you ever wondered why phone calls and SMS is so cheap?

    It's because phone companies have found other avenue's of profit and now use cheap phone calls as a marketing tool instead of a profit tool.

    Sounds like a very reasonable way of promoting and selling music. You get to hear a song as much as you like for 10 cents, if you like it enough you get to take it away, DRM free, for another 79 cents. What have you been smoking?

    Think about it, if copyright only lasted 7 years, do you think Microsoft would dare release something as crap as Vista? They'd have to make something significantly better than Windows 2000. Vista is the best OS Microsoft has ever released try it before you hop on the anti-vista band wagon.

    The music industry around here are talking about that they want to start an experiment with voluntary broadband-tax, starting this autumn, which will allow you to, for a small fee, download all the music you want from Pirate Bay or wherever. Uploading will still be illegal. In otherwords no bittorrent.

    I would only pay if I got non-interupted downloads. That means the RIAA has to stop harrassing Bob in the United States so I can get files from him.

    It's important that we steer away from that direction.

    You should never have to pay anyone other than your email provider to send mail.
