    Suppose your in the middle of a download and suddenly you ISP capps you. For $34 and 20minutes later you could be back online at full speed.

    With USB memory sticks rapidly heading to a dollar a gigabyte swapping terabytes of content is likely going to be quicker and easier via sneaker net. New net service, localised pub meets for data exchange, adults only, no infectious content allowed, argh me harty a pub full o pirates, music, movies and beer.

    What if we start sending usb sticks in tangible form. Will the postal service be shut down?

    But his disability is caused by an accident. He could well be as smart as Einstein but has no way of demonstrating this. If he were to reproduce he would not pass on the disability since it isn't genetic.

    It's a bullshit attempt to shift the cost of policing users to an inappropriate entity IMHO.

    Not to mention the media industry is well known for making fraudulent claims. If I was an ISP I'd treat the notices as the spam they are.
