No, they only consider themselves as human. If you have less than $100,000,000 in assets then you are not considered human by our government. Also, if you are not part of their group you are not considered human.

There is a reason the constitution uses the word "people" instead of the word "citizen". It is meant to apply to all people within the jurisdiction of the federal government, not just the citizens. If it only applied to citizens then the government could outright deny anyone their rights by revoking their citizenship. The founders thought of that.

No part of the constitution allows civil forfeiture. In fact, it explicitly denies the government such power. The problem is that our government has not followed the constitution since the moment it was written and violate it more and more every day.

The cooks aren't going away at McHell. It is only the taking of orders that is being automated. That will amount to a whole 1/10 of the staff at most. Remember, there still has to be someone to take cash and making fries and burgers is not practical to automate. They will also likely still have someone working drive-through since weatherproofing the order machine will be expensive and there will be a backlash from customers because it will be a pain to use and people will take far too long to decide what they want on it.

These amendments you speak of, they never happened. Our government has just been ignoring the constitution outright because they know that if they tried to push an amendment that took away one of our rights then there would be people with guns on their doorstep. Instead they pass bills that "regulate commerce" between states and word them in a way that appears to be legal while being a blatant violation of the bill of rights.
