    I agree!

The only problem is I was scared to read in the tub.
if you drop a book, they usually dry out and you can still read them (even if they smell like bubbles)

my palm pilot probably won't work afterwards.

Another problem, it's really tough to get the authors signature on an E-Book. I suppose they could use a pgp signature, but somehow it's not as nice or collectible.

Why don't they do the reverse too? Stick Jar Jar in an N'Sync video/song? "Meesa will aaaaaallways luurrve jooo" I bet they could get Jar Jar to do those retarded dance moves.

I wonder if the star wars universe has Patchouli.
Because that's what an unemployed beatnick bounty hunter might smell like.

They'll probably replace droids as the cheapest form of mercenary.

Besides, they won't have the dumb habit of falling over like dominoes.

I'm still waiting for a decent first person star wars game (Jedi Knight can only be replayed so many times, and the acting stank)... let alone a good RTS...

This had better be the BEST, or I'm never going to buy a star wars game ever again.

Oh what am I saying, Lucasarts, I can't stay mad at you.

Now I'm watching ABC, and it sounds like it's actually an Airbus, and the plane was actually taking off. Hence the huge amounts of smoke.

Looks like an accident. There's a lady on the phone who saw it happen, said the plane just started taking off, and then plummeted.

I'm pretty sure a farm that hanassed its methane rather than letting it roam free would be preferable to one that lets its cows roam free spreading the energy wherever he/she wants..

  15. Cows and Corn on The (Possible) Future of Alternative Energy · · Score: 1

One thing I always notice people overlooking in their discussions of "it's hard to get alternative fuels" is the use of farm waste as a source of Methane and Ethane.

There are massive farms that produce millions of cows a year, these cows (or piggies) do most of the work for us in creating fuel-cellable methane. We'd just need to build special barns to capture it. (In fact I think I read somewheres about a farm that was powering itself)

Another source of non-fossil fuels would be to ferment corn or wheat stalks (useless fibre) to produce ethane. (Imagine the hooch you could make from all the wheat in Alberta?)
