It most certainly IS a yardstick for water cooling, the mainstream yardstick. Praise fancy full water cooling all you want, you will never see market penetration like the new self contained WC systems rolling out now. They work, and work well enough to make you forget about a full water rig and all its hassles.
NOWHERE NEAR MONOPOLY LEVEL, let alone ILLEGAL monopoly level. Microsoft had almost ALL of computing in toto, its not the same fucking thing. So sick of this shit. There is no way you can say in good conscience Apple has an actionable monopoly in the legal sense of ANY kind.
If you have an ethical dillemma contact the rom copyright holders. If they cant be reached dont add the game or do, according to your conscience.
The TL:DR here is: The law is murky, there is no true authority to buy the ROMS, any money you pay will almost certainly not reach anyone truly relevant ot the game or anyone that is empowered to license the game.
We dictated what we kind of governance they can have, as is our right as conquerers in an unconditional surrender. Japan should be grateful we didnt just straight up annex them
I built my gaming machine with some specific goals in mind, one was to tame heat without running 10 fans and to keep costs relatively low. I specifically wanted only ONE HDD. I have RAID arrays too, jsut not in my dedicated gaming rig. I have SSDs too, jsut not in my gaming rig where the cost per GB jsut isnt right yet. AT the time and with the goals I had in mind, the Momentus XT was the right choice. BTW, 90 Mb/s on a 7200 RPM 2.5 in. drive is not too shabby.
I DID get my free copy of HL2. The code came on a card that came with the 9600 pro i bought. I held onto that code for over a year. ( this was during the period where Valve delayed the release for a year.) Worked perfectly on HL2 launch day. It is still listed in my Steam purchase history as "ATI Bundle"
Dirt 1 brought racing back to the PC, thats why. Any racing 'guy' that plays Nascar is jsut sad. Not only is PC racing popular, but they also have the best setups. Triple screens and very nice steering wheels/pedals
Its not your property, its your LICENSES. You dont OWN the game, you license it. Last night a friend gifted me Dead Island. I found the verbage on the gift email quite interesting. "You have been granted a gift SUBSCRIPTION to Dead Island."
Jsut shut your pie hole. Dirt was the first GOOD racing game for PC in a LOOONG time. Half the reason i bought consoles in the past was because PCs had shit for driving games. I have Gran Turismo 3-5, they are not that great, especially when you consider Forza.
Im running this drive on my gaming comp. Its a 4GB flash 'mirror' of all the files you use most frequently. All the logic and mirroring is handled by the drive controller so its OS-agnostic. It runs great, especially for the price and considering i built my gaming rig before z68 was available. The drive HDD tachs at 90MB/sec, besting my old Raptor 10k 74 GB.
I HATE this. The USPS should not be looked at in a profit:loss manner. Regular, steady, reliable postal service is a mark of an advanced society. I whole-heartedly support the ability to send a standard letter at a standard rate to any US address because we have to service every address ANYWAYS. The cost of each individual piece is irrelevant when you are servicing every single address. The important part of the whole system is that we can reach any single address easily and that every address is serviced in some manner.
A US mailman would laugh merrily as he continued to stuff your box full of shit you didnt ask for. I begged my mailman to stop putting shit not purely addressed to me in my mailbox. He quite plainly said that they will not comply in any way and that its this junk mail that feeds his family. And they wonder why people dont leave them nice cards and money at Christmas anymore...
Not relevant and poor logic. The Nano is the result of shrinking electronics. It came about to replace the mini because they both couldnt exist at that price point.
You thank HP for showing the way forward by basically self-immolating? Interesting. This chain of events is leading to HP talking about LEAVING HARDWARE FOREVER, but yeah what a great example of leading the way.
Every business man in the world should be able to blame them. The price point they announced at E3 SHOOK THE WORLD. I was there when they announced it. The entire show floor gasped when they said $599.
I think that with such a low UID you would provide a better counter argument besides 'I dont like your semantics" The important part of 'Demoratic Republic' is the REPUBLIC part. It ensures that rights are enshrined and cannot be changed by majority vote alone. Democracy alone is an ugly thing, it is the ideals of the REPUBLIC that are most important.
Just because something is enshrined in law, doesnt make it right or just, merely empowered.
Then they had no idea of the medium in which they were working and very little concept of human nature.

Two hours of any competent lawyers time would cost more then my entire investment in Steam. Have fun tilting at windmills....
you can 'buy' licenses......., your argument falls apart after that.

Logic fail. If you wanted to be bothered with physical stuff as little as possible you wouldnt be carrying cash.
Welcome to the real world, where you often have to fix others injustices towards you. Its life, get used to it.

I used to play Goldeneye64 4-player split screen on a 13" TV/VCR combo........ At my house you werent invited back if you played Oddjob.

The iPad is actually the progenitor. The iPhone is a shruken Ipad, not the reverse. iOS was developed from day one with tablets in mind.

NO, but people often put FAR much too much emphasis on the democratic part, when it is the republic part that is most important.
