The icon should be half halo - half devil to amplify the two-faced lie his essay seems to project.
Only after Pixar movies/shorts are released DRM-free can you change it to a full-halo.
Microsoft desperately needs new datacenters because their search index size is in need of an increased capacity. Google with its 100000++ computers is able to record every single click-through, record your chats, store your email for posterity (even after you delete it), store every single search query for several years, record your online transactions etc. not only on its own sites but other sites like slashdot for example. This has helped improve their search result and provide targetted ads among other things. Microsoft's search now algorithmcally matches Google. It now does a great job for most queries, but for some esotoric queries its small index size is very apparent.
Competition has much better products with better UI, cheaper and higher definition.
Who in the right might would get a box just to view low-def videos from apple's website.
..Oxymoron.
Time you checked again. It doesn't work anymore.
Vista doesn't come with a antivirus program.
Live OneCare, Mcafee are not specific Vista -- You can install them on XP too.
And 99.99% detection rate is nothing to be sneered at.

The issue here is that Apple has the audacity to tell people not to install Vista.
Instead of just saying 'don't install iTunes'

your computer. So essentially this is a dead virus.
Someone posted a good list about Vista's DRM against XP's DRM http://msmvps.com/blogs/chrisl/archive/2007/01/25/ 519180.aspx

This is not particular to Vista. Every OS is required the follow the DVD forum's requirements otherwise you get degraded playback on every OS.
Would be interesting to know if you can get a refund form Apple for OSX if you plan to install some other OS on it.

No sig.
All of these products are already available in the market from several manufactures.
Apple is just playing catch-up.
