    His claim is that the data doesn't support the model. Anyone schooled in scientific method can evaluate data vs. model. You don't need to have a degree specific to the discipline.

    I am interested in trying this beta, but it caused a problem with Apple Mail. I used the Uninstall package that came with the image and removed it. End of problem. I reported the problem and I am looking forward to the stable release.

    As interesting as I find the discussion, and by the way I believe Mathematics to be "discovered", the real question is, "why is it important?" It comes down to two truths. If Mathematics is invented, then the basis that it can be patented is rock-solid. Yikes! If Mathematics is discovered, then the basis for Intelligent Design is rock-solid. Yikes! Either way, the current chaos continues unabated. I'd like these 3 questions answered together: Invented or Discovered? Patentable or No? Intelligent Design or No? I'll bet the subsequent statistics would be fascinating and enlightening.

    Welcome to the new Democratic Party. They are taking their lead from the Supreme Court who have recently cited foreign law in formal Opinions. In this case the Democratic party has taken their cue from Soviet and Chinese law. Fidel Castro is cheering this move, I am sure.
