Not torpedos, sharks! Sharks with fast switching frikkin laser beams attached to their heads.

That is completely wrong, and likely an attempt to Karma whore with a quick uninformed search.

That is just a classification, 'Sruti' essentially means those scriptures that have been passed down directly from God to man, while 'Smriti' would be collected ancient wisdom.

There are a number of books holy to Hindu faith, primarily the Gita, the Vedas, and the Upanishads.

If you compress liquid water to a density of 0.92 g/cm, then it is no suprise that it will act like a solid. Except of course, that the normal density of water is 1 g/cm^3. And increasing the pressure tends to compress stuff, i.e. raise it's density. So you can't get water to a density of .92 g/cm^3 by simply compressing it.

If this is built with a rail line, please run a passenger train now and then... perhaps once or twice a week, connecting to the Trans-Siberian. It will be awesome to know that one day it may be possible to get anywhere in the world by land transportation only. London and Singapore are connected by passenger rail, so why not Alaska, and then the rest of the US and Canada? Let me remind you about this place called Australia...

The facilities offered here are top-notch and there are very few engineering institutes in India that offer unlimited access to internet in hostels at all times for all days of the year.......IIT Madras put limits on internet usage more than a year now.Students do not have any net access in their hostel rooms from 0100 to 0500.

So why is it bad when IIT-Bombay limits access?

Because the curfew at IIT Bombay lasts from 2300 to 1230.

Yes, 13.5 hours out of 24.

For the record, I am a student currently studying at IIT Bombay.
