It's about time we start curing stuff like this, with all the tech we have I think that a whole lot of diseases and conditions are going to be cured soon. (but lets just hope that the new tech doesn't cause new health issues)
By the point in time in which travel of this type is plausible, don't you think lifespans would be longer? not 750 years longer... but overcrowding might be an issue. and what about suspended animation?
I think that a lot of the world's problems could be solved like this; the downside of course being that some guy in an island would have to sit underground and insert 4 8 15 16 32 43 over and over. (prays someone who kept up with the lost experience read that and understood) ha
Listen I am not so foolish as to believe sabertooths are the ancestors of modern day felines, I just needed an example. calm down, And as far as the flinstones go, I think you will see as time goes on that the flinstones were more accurate in their depiction of the stone age than we ever deemed possible.
Because frankly, there are a few holes, such as the entire fossil record... Where are the interevolutionary species fossils? Where is the fossil of the animal that was in between the sabertooth and the modern big felines such as lions? Or from mastadon to elephent, or ape to man even? there just really aren't a whole lot of those out there. And it isn't wrong to question evolution, it is science after all.

But my point is that shouldn't students be challenged to question the propositions placed before them? I mean that is science anyways, I mean where do you think we would be if Niels Bohr decided that the atomic model was good enough? (rant over)
