Just a minor point, aac is mpeg 4 audio and is administered by the Motion Pictures Expert Group. Apple popularised it, but they do not own it.

personally I hope ogg takes over the world, but that would be common sense not business.
Outside of North America the ipod does not have the same level of market dominance, the other 7.6 billion of us might prefer mp3.
Richard Dawkins made a great two part documentary for the BBC called "The Root Of All Evil?" His book "The God Delusion" is heavy going, but the doco is accessible by anyone.
Is there a US TV network that is brave enough to show it?
