    But in order to search for something you first have to know it's there and what its name is. The few times I have used the start menu instead of the search box is when I didn't remember the name of the program.
    Also, thee search box isn't that great when it doesn't take into effect parent folder names.

    The one door model has a proven track record; nobody has been able to pick the lock despite many tries.The 50 doors are all custom-built models, some have never been installed before and the only one who has ever heard of them except your supplier (who might have a financial interest in supplying you). Furthermore, you are not allowed to observe him while he installs the doors, so you can't see if he made a systematic error

    Yes, but you need one key per system. If you get my private key you can log on to my computer over ssh. If you find a fatal flaw in ssh, you can log in to any computer.
    I don't have to trust that the developers of my security implementation can keep a secret, I only have to trust that they implemented it safely and correctly. The only person I need to keep a secret is myself. And if I can't trust myself, the attacker is already in (i.e. myself).
    Now go back to where you came from.

    It is incomplete information in the sense that it doesn't open all systems based on that tech.
    Same difference as having an extra key vs. knowing how to pick the lock.

    A password can easily be changed - a security model takes a lot of work to change.
    When the password is changed, the attacker has to start over.

    Good point. But gasification has the clever side-effect of letting you use otherwise wasted heat from exhaust and cooling systems to at least partially power it. Maybe you can also burn some of the coffee grounds directly to start up the process.

    Yeah, this. If you are set on wanting the L in LAMP, you are doing yourself a disservice by not learning a bit of bash. Some config file changes are easier to do in a web interface or similar, but if you use a CLI for most of your admining, it is a lot easier on the whole to track what you did wrong, what you changed on the test server (please make a test server - a VM will probably do) since last update of your production server.
    A CLI is also useful if you are AFK since most smartphones can run an SSH client.

    rsnapshot is a wrapper on rsync that rotates your backups and uses hardlinks. A cheap version of Time Machine that works wherever rsync does.

    Try Teracopy. It brings pause button and add to queue, for free. The pro version lets you edit the queue, afaik.

    Why would anyone sue? Best case is you'll get a new, unopened game in exchange - probably the same as if you just took the game back to the store. Then the salesmen try to push the "borrowed" game to someone who doesn't care.

    So, are you saying that the the "government class" have no interest in preventing the police from murder? I'd think that even they care about riots (London 2011, Paris 2005, LA 1992, etc.). Also, what do they have to gain from allowing police brutality?
