It goes into great detail about the history and possible futures of Mad Cow Disease.

Also Please don't believe the FDA. They lie for the Beef Industry.
all the organs in which infectious prions occur were removed at slaughter and did not enter the food supply. Muscle meat is not a source of infectious prions....None of this material left the control of the companies and entered commercial distribution.
This is not true. Prions occur in ALL nerve tissue, including the nerves that run through all muscle and bone(basic biology here); while removing the brain and the spinal chord and varius sundry organs does minimize the threat of contracting nvCJD it does not eliminate it.

From my readings on Facism I've found that there are large correlations in practice between Communist(Leninist/Maoist/Stalinist) forms of government and Fascist/Nazi forms of government. Nazism is a bit different but all in all the central factor in Fascism is the primacy of the state. In Nazism this primacy of state is only as a means of racial superiority, but it still exists. Leninist/Maoist/Stalinist regimes do not laud primacy of state, but do practice it. I suppose its really the authoritarian methods thay all use which causes me to put them together. As for Mussolini, he fformed the Fascist party in Italy from leftist groups. The name Fascist was the Italian word for union.

It would make sense, but that is what trial is for, not discovery. Also, if the SCO case is based on the assumption that IBM contributed code that was derived from sysV to Linux then the actual code that SCO believes is in violation is only availible in Linux and they need the AIX code to determine whaat was moved from AIX to linux.

One final point: I don't think that SCO's claims are necessarily true, I'm just trying to point out some reasonable legal explinations for SCOs actions. Its also important to remember that this is only the discovery phase of the trial and nothing has to be proven yet, despite the constant "put up or shut up" rhetoric here at /.

If the US stopped spending any money on defense, about 450-500 billion a year, we could get 250 million people per year *into* space. Assuming we had the will, and i'm pretty sure we would given certain death would be the other option, I couldn't be too hard to figure out how to actually survive.
