The big problem with the WTO is that it exists to try to find equities in other peoples laws. In my country its legal to do something that might be illegal in yours. The problem with that is that its great when people are talking about physical properties, however its much more difficult when dealing with the same disputes on intellectual property. If I play a radio in my work than its the station that sells advertisements that pays for the songs. As long as I don't advertise the fact like some kind of main street concert hall than I'm not sure why it matters.
While that is a highly debated point, I do believe it is accurate thanks to the use of the NiCd batteries used in the prius as nickel is a very dirty metal to mine and refine. It is really along the lines with zinc and copper.
Because the James Bond video game liscense is owned by Atari, I believe Golden Eye trademark is owned by EA games, and the source code to Goldeneye is owned half by rare and half by nintendo. Basicly its locked in IP hell.
I'm not really that sure that gamespot fired him solely because he gave the game a bad review. I mean how can you watch his review of the game where he used the F-word three or four times. That and his comment that no one should ever buy this game was probably not the best. Its one thing to honestly point out flaws in a product, which he did and I'm not saying it wasn't a bad game. Its quite another to tell people that something is terrible and they shouldn't buy it. Especially odd is that this story is on 1up which had themselves a little trouble after a terrible review of Neverwinter Nights 2. http://www.joystiq.com/2006/11/03/1up-pulls-neverwinter-nights-2-review/ if you want to read some of the more eye raising excerpts. What these people need to realize that if they want to be treated like journalist and have there editors go up to bat for them if they give a product a bad review, then they need to hold themselves to some journalistic standards.
The Federal Government dropped there case against Microsoft, not because they agreed or disagreed with the practices at hand but because it would have been a lengthy anit-trust trial that does not easily fit the definition of a monopoly according to sherman antitrust laws and it would have cost hundreds of millions of dollars and there would be appeals for decades. Anti-competative business practices are illeagal but that doesnt mean they constitute a monopoly.
Buick is the most reliable make along with cadilac mercury and lexus tied for second place. So obviously they do not do as well as you believe. In fact Acura and Lexus are the only japanese company that are in the top 10 makes by reliability.
That really no where near the price of a MRI machine so I'm pretty sure that it is as capable as the article makes it sound than thats not that much to spend. Several hospitals in my area have spent 100+ million in renovations.
Your mistaken the Woodcrest is a year old, and can be bought for half the price of a Opteron 8220, that being said the test in question uses an unreleased 8222 processor, So it's not a new chip, in fact AMD doesn't even make a dual core 3.0GHz chip.
Ever since Googles dealings in China I think we can all agree that there "do no evil" mantra is ruined completely. The have proven once that they are will to do anything for both profits and relevance. I'm not saying that I'm against a company making large profits but at some point someone within such a large organization must have ethics. I have a feeling Google is about to cast a dark shadow on many people privacy concerns and it wont be to pretty.
Oh yeah and what did Bosnia do to us. Hell Germany didn't directly attack us before either world war. Vietnam nope, Spain during the Spanish-American war nope, oh wait the war of 1812, nope we didn't get attacked first there either. Guess what most countries go to war for many reasons other than being attacked. If people only got in fight when someone hit them first there wouldn't be any fights. It is the way the world works and always will. People perceive threats and act on them. You can question how good someone perception is as to whether or not a threat is valid but don't be an idiot by making stuff up.
Then what do you want let's face it a top down isometric tactical rpg is not going to sell well in todays market. A FPSRPG is just what everyone has been clamoring for. Besides if you dont like it don't play the game I loved the fallout series from the begining except Brother of Steel. Can you really tell me that FO3 is going to be worse than that POS game. Atleast its something worth playing and the best part of fallout will still be there, the atmosphere. It wasn't the special system whish will probably remain intact that made fallout great, nor was it turn based combat. People liked fallout because it had a amazing atmosphere that sucked gamers in, the same reason people liked Morrowind or Baldurs Gate. As long as bethesda doesnt screw up and deliver a half-assed product which i have no reason to believe they will, we can all rest a night knowing that it will be a very good game. It may not be the game your itching to play but for one more chance to enter the wasteland I'm willing to wait and see what kind of game Bethesda produces, and frankly if it is a oblivion style game more power to them.
Awesome I loved Demon, Shadowlords and Dreamcatcher. I'm glad to see that you have kept modding, your modules along with Stefan Gagne and Rick Burton made the game worth playing. Granted both games NWN and NWN2 had great campaigns. Everyone in the NWN community appreciates your hard work.
Alright I'm not talking about just small day to day occurences, I'm also talking about large scale more general things. Where I live in the midwest we had a short yet bitterly cold winter and yet there was no warning. They can't even pridect if next year is going to have favorable snows when I go skiing. At some point being able to predict something on occasion is not good enough. As a Carpenter I have minimal education about the weather and what not but if I miss a bid to many time and my labor is off, then I'm out of business. I need to be accurate everytime and most other people in most other fields are the same. This is why when you watch the weather or any other scientific process oriented around models its considered a prediction. Yet with global warming they "know" its going to happen and all of our lives will be destroyed. Frankly I don't buy it. If its half a degree higher next century than this one who cares. This isn't Waterworld or Day After Tomorrow. Generally warmer tempatures bring more moderate climates and longer growing seasons. Also anyone can claim to be an expert thanks to the nature of the internet so pat yourself on the back.
I think his arguement comes from the fact the brazil is the country that runs primarily off ethanol. The get that from sugar cane, which requires ariable land which is why they are cutting down, although burning is more accurate, the rain forest. And despite what ever greenpeace tells you most of the wood consumed in america comes from large tree farms located throughout the american southeast.
You obviously don't watch the daily weather, even guessing the next day they are wrong more often than the are right. What kind of idiot expect them to be able to guess the climate several years from now.

Yes it does if you have served for more than 6 years as president you can not serve as vice president.

I would bet money that this person was not liscensed to carry a concealed weapon.
Especially if you have a sony battery.
