If microsofts involved, they will have to change the slogan "Rock the vote!" to "Hack the vote!". Microsoft wouldn't know a secure operating system if it jumped up and bit them in the arse. I see an election full of BSOD (blue screen of death) and stack overflows. I certainly wouldn't trust any election where they were involved.
You can find some geek apartment complexes in Houston that are very nice. They are at http://www.waldenweb.com/. They have some really nice places with really fast internet access and the price is actually very affordable. Really nice apartments. Nice pools, jacuzzis, cyber cafe, LAN Parties, etc....
I have to agree that it sounds like nothing more than a pathetic plea for attention. The sad part is that they would be that desperate. Sounds like a company going down.
This is just another examples of city and state governments going way overboard. This is very much like the protest in Seattle of the WTO. Anyone remember those?
I wouldn't vote for GWB's religious wrong for nothing. And I certainly don't buy into this crap about compassionate conservatism. Their record speaks for itself. If your not sure, then check out http://www.hrc.org/ for more information. Check out their scorecard too.
It looks like something may have happened to the directory where they store graphics at copyleft. None of the graphics loaded. Just gave the error x's in the place. Too bad. I was going to order one of the shirts for myself. Guess I'll have to try back later.
I loved the movie. Would go see it again or better yet, can't wait for it to be available for home viewing. Storm to me was just so cool. She sure kicked that nasty toads ass. And her eyes....MONDO COOL!!!! You gotta see this movie.
If the domain isn't in use...the bottom line is going to be can you afford to defend it? Coke can certainly afford to tie you up in court until your broke and cannot afford to fight it. Your choice but many of us would be interested in the outcome.
This is perhaps one of the best articles I have read on/. in a long time. It brings up some very good points. I agree. Lets hack life. Anyone out there sets up such a investment group, let me know and I will buy in.
Houston is a nice place for IT. An overabundance of IT positions makes for a cutt throat marketplace where many good IT people can just about name their price. Also the widespread availability of affordable broadband access makes for another nice point.

The pictures appear to have been removed! The mirror that is listed also does not contain the suspect photos.

Yep. You can see it at Macromedia's Shockwave site. Kinda cute. ;-)

I say not only return the defective things but I would say that this calls for a boycott. BMG is a major label. I doubt that they want the publicity.
I agree. Very hilarious.

This guy about the computer virus is stupid. Obviously he has never heard of a backup. "All of its gone forever." PLEASE!!!
This guy is obviously wacked. The one from proctor and gamble had me rolling.
