And you have to love choice quotes from Clapper about how when previously asked about the surveillance that he was telling them the "least untruthful answer". And these are the people we are to trust?

    They are doing it to foil terrorist attacks (and they've gone on the record saying that gathered intelligence has foiled "dozens" of terrorists attacks).

    The cutest part is that you actually believe this crap. Yeah they pinky swear this time that it's only to catch terrorists. It not like the government has been caught secretly spying on US citizens before for political reasons.

    Aha, but nobody can force an intern to do a job he doesn't want to do. Going to court because as an intern you agreed to do some things that you think weren't teaching you anything you didn't know.... well, if the court takes your side, then eventually there will be no more internships because it's arbitrary what teaches you to do something vs. something that doesn't teach you anything?

    No, no one can. At the same time, the intern can sue for the company violating the law. But laws don't apply to corporations, right? To hold them accountable to anything is tantamount to communism, right?

    The "weird, bad behaviors" would be due to the experimental backend not Wayland. The dev's point was to simply to temper expectations that there will be bugs and issues in the code.

    *facepalm* "Megaton" and "megatonne" are the same thing they are just variant spellings. They both mean 1 million ton(nes). The term is also used to refer to 1 million ton(ne)s of TNT as in the measure of TNT equivalence, but the distinction you claim does not exist.
