You may feel the need to vent after the election didn't go your way.

However, the Bush administration has supported nuclear power.

The electoral college ensures that a winner needs broad-based support throughout many regions of the country. The founding fathers knew what they were doing.

What if Bush solidly won every state except for extreme landslides in NY and CA? Do you really want two states to rule over the other 48 states?

I mean we'll have to get rid of insourced jobs if we get rid of outsourced jobs. We'll all be better off. Trust me, I have thought through the implications of my rash economic policy.

Since everybody is throwing stupid flame bait around I should mention that Iraqi insurgents today said they are stepping up attacks so they get Kerry instead of Bush. Arafat and North Korea have already backed Kerry.

Why is this so hard to understand? People will come up with all sorts of explanations for their behavior. They do it because they can get away with it. Stealing in the retail industry is rampant as well. People are just stone-cold thieves. Now, software which is priced to high may make the rationalization easier, but in the end, you steal because you want to.

    Propaganda?

I would say it comes from one thing (if you take truth out of the equation): conservatives have to interact with liberal viewpoints more often and make better arguments. Ok, that's two things.

Carter vs. Reagan. Not hard to find examples at all.

Friedman also bursts the socialist health care bubble as well.
