    The Australian Senate can make changes to legislation and can also propose new legislation.

    The legislation in question has to pass both houses without being altered within a suitable time period though

    On entry if taking the first exit indicate left
    second exit no indication until passed first exit when you indicate left
    and x> 2nd indicate right until passed x - 1 when you change to indicating left

    Get a voting system that is reliable enough that calls for recounts generally dont happen because you get it right the first time.

    i was always informed that a donkey vote is just what you described. a straight blank ballot or some other obviously invalid ballot

    i agree that the donkey vote described in wp is a stupid thing to do now if only there was an edit button

    Speaking as a student who set up (granted there were 3 of us working on it) the first computer lab at my high school and did support pretty much 80% of all computers students could get access to while doing yr8,9,10 i don't think you have much of an idea about students

    Only problem we had was that we were all short arses and couldnt run the cable through the ceiling space
