Business Accounts can hit $500.00 in minutes. Many individuals have business accounts with monthly bills in the 10,000's every month. An automatic "hey you used a bunch of data/voice" call would be annoying to the account owner and costly for the carrier.
Read the agreement, the summary of charges and ASK questions.
All they need is to make a hard copy of every search result. This should satisfy, "result in a physical transformation of an article".
Then we can build golf courses on all the land freed up by Googles need for printer paper.

From my searching, Parallel Processing has no website and makes no products I can locate any info about. From the news reports, Parallel Processing is an off-shoot of International Parallel Machines ( the actual patent holder ), which from their website, http://www.ipmiplc.com/ is "a maker of Programmable Logic Controllers designed for industrial usage. All of our Programmable Logic Controllers have heavy duty aluminum cases, perfect for the manufacturing floor." Makes me wonder how they are harmed. Are manufacturers now controlling their widgit assembly machines with PS3's?
The RIAA does`nt care a bit about whether or not internet radio lives or dies. They want to be able to use the royalty pricing of internet and satellite radio as an excuse to jack BROADCAST radio royalties up to where Satellite royalties are now. The RIAA would love to be able to calculate broadcast rates the same way.

2. Get legislation to make it enforceable,
3. All broadcast methods go out of business,
4. Continue selling CD and DVD music at insane prices
to people desperate for music,
5. Profit.
