You guys were not invited to this discussion. NDEs are in fact real whether they be dreams or whatever. They affect people and are filed under "variety of religious experience." While you douche bags go on whining about your rediculous imperical opinions the rest of the world marches on in thier experiences. Experiences are all real. Perhaps you are taking issue with people who might claim that thier soul or consciousness left the body and viewed the body from above. No one is going to fret over that detail when the net affect of the experience is in fact real. Grow up.

They scrutinize you upon application to make sure you don't own a $50,000 truck and a boat or a bank account with thousands of dollars sitting in it. Once you pass that it is open season. It is not a pittance. There are people on welfare, who if they are smart, could actually build wealth since you can have a house. I have seen people with over $40,000 a year in benefits And they got a $8000-$10,000 tax "refund." That refund used to pay my mortgage for an entire year...building wealth. Welfare is fucked....

  5. You have to have a "job" to get welfare. Another bone thrown to corporate welfare.

  6. Why do liberals love welfare so much.?

  7. They are under no burden to prove anything. The case worker has the last call. You used to be subject to home visit but that was dropped.

  8. Yeah... I have actually seen it so many times I lost count. The most basic form of fraud is a woman receiving welfare with a boyfriend in the house where she claims to live alone. They do it for the sole purpose of qualification and/or it increases the benefit significantly.

This comment is correct in every way. Card issuers have next to zero controls on trusted employees..who can do as they please often without being tracked. At my last company I could have easily perpetrated a scheme like this and I had the access/power to cover my tracks and I would have been a key person they depended on to mitigate the attack after it was discovered. Your money is not safe. Perhaps the fdic would kick in but not guaranteed since issuers use an aggregate account that is in their name. The account in no way belongs to the cardholders. The bank reconciles down to the cardholder but that is a manual-ish process that lags far behind potential losses. The one good thing is that the aggregate account balance is tracked closely and the issuer would get a frantic call from the bank...the next day.
