I've had this same issue over the last few years.
I wondered if it was the ease with which I can "look things up" thus never having to commit anything to memory or recall it later, when I could just google it.
I recall needing to memorize command line switches for novell certification tests years ago. Nowadays the only switch I can remember is "/?" because that's all I need.
Why am I going to drop $350+ for a Blu-Ray player, that's not even feature complete.
They boot slow as hell; and I have flashbacks to using my Commodore 64's 1541 Floppy Disk drive when waiting for the DVD menu to load.
And $30 for a movie? That's like 7 gallons of GAS.
I can rent an HD Movie on my AppleTV for $5.99, and I swear it downloads as fast as it takes a Blu-Ray disk to load (over my FIOS internet anyway). And I don't have to Drive to the store, or wait for Netflix shipments.
Yah, the quality is no Blu-Ray, but my 720p TV nor my analog eyeballs can tell the difference.

But s/he doesn't cure all ills. In fact only the ones that leave no evidence.
That's why he never cures amputees. Just check out: www.whydoesgodhateamputees.com
He did help my college roommate kick his $500/day cocaine habit. Those 250,000 tsunami victims should have been drug addicts instead.

When will the RIAA file suit against E-Mail providers??
It is a protocol that enables people to share illegal files via it's "attachment" feature.
Guns kill people, right?
Personally I've never had a shortage problem with my Wii.
Or at least my girlfriends have never complained of a shortage in my wii.
I play with my Wii constantly. The controller is very intuitive.
I much prefer when i can get my Wii together with an XBox though. That is much more fun than just me alone with my wii.

The way I have always freed my tracks from DRM was to buy them on iTunes, immediately burn a CD (onto a handy CD-RW disk), then iTunes immediately recognizes the audio-CD and asks me if I want to "import" it. I have my import preferences set to MP3, and iTunes even asks me if I want to replace the existing DRM tracks with the MP3s I am ripping.
No $.30 upcharge, or DRM hassles...iTunes practically coaches you on how to do it. The CD-RW disk can be reused many times, so there isn't even a cost. Or even if you use a regular CD, it's good to have a hardcopy audio CD of the albums you buy anyway.

Karl Popper would be proud...

The whole process takes almost no time at all.
