  1. terms of the agreement on Free (Ad-Supported) DSL ISP Debuts · · Score: 2

Section 9 of the terms of service allow them to use the outgoing section of your e-mail to send what is pure essence is spam and in section 14 they have an anti spam policy in contract law cases this kind of hyprocrisy doesn't hold up in court.

  2. Real Speed on Intel Snags PC Mhz Crown Back From AMD · · Score: 1

As these companies battle for the tittle of speed Like greek goddess fighting over a certain apple, I wonder how much is fundamentally true about who deserves it. The great problem is their are no accredited independent testing faclities to verify these claims. Each company touts the results of what it's lab said were the results. Without independant accredited testing you are at the mercy of the companies PR machine and how they say their product(s) is the best. Not that companies would ever lie to us about their product(s).

  3. Death of Mr Toad's Wild Ride on Report from Orlando: The Lost City of Epcot · · Score: 1

For some time now Disney World has been changing items around in it's park(s). I was admittitly saddened by the lose of Mr Toads Wild Ride considering that to be a staple of the park. However this is a buisness decision and possibily a sound one if it is not getting any visitors on it's ride it is wasted space. I am not thrilled with the idea of these things disappering but I am even less thrilled with the idea of WDW disapperring due to a lack of business. Remember we use to have to have E tickets for the good rides.

  4. Paswords on How do you Remember Your Passwords? · · Score: 1

I don't know what kind of material you are dealing with highly secure government or buisness info should be kept on something outside of your computer. I like the first post that says a piece of paper it is what I use for stuff that is important. I also have a floppy with a word doc. that has my normal pass stuff on it. However I am also extremly lazy and will admit I use a program called gator for my basic stuff. If I were to be quized on my passwords without access to my disk I would probably fail.
