To anyone complaining that this doesn't load/problems EBCAK.
This couldn't have come at a better time. I have read alot of his books and having this available is like icing on the cake. Also @ MrCrassic if you don't have the time to dismiss capitalism for education you are a very sad case. The only reason I took my degree is that it covered the subjects I am passionate about (Physics, Maths, Computer Science, Astronomy) I will make a descision about what job I would like when the time comes, as for now at the speed in which I learn new things and the vastness of occupations and professions unfold rapidly, it is impossible for me to say I want to be x when in 2 months time x may seem an unchallenging and tedious occupation. I study for overkill in all my papers to gain an understanding of the subject rather than a piece of paper needed to bullshit my way into pleasing other people.

I think you are missing the point by searching for someone in the present. To understand the breakthroughs of today you need an understanding of yesterdays science. Introduce them to Feynman and Tesla. Teach them the beauty of the mysterious and the undiscovered it'll teach them what real science is about - understanding nature.

  5. The how to guide on Defining an Indie Game Developer · · Score: 1

An indie game developer can be defined in a sense as "broke". It is very hard to make money with indie games but is it also very rewarding to be able to make games as you would like to be able to play them, no content is overlooked or disregarded due to deadlines. So often, games developed independently will show a great deal more depth and cerebral captivation than those developed in a big team corporate environment. However of course there are many exceptions on both sides. I still love to play Capitalism 2. They seemed to really do well with that one.

  7. Increasing the greenhouse effect on PG&E Makes Deal For Solar Power From Space · · Score: 1

What happens in 20 years time when we have hundreds of these all beeming down more energy from space. This will be importing a great deal more heat into the atmosphere hence adding to the greenhouse effect. In a world where our ice caps are melting at a tremendous rate, doesn't this seem a bad idea. We obviously already have enough energy on the planet to convert to electricity without importing more.

It seems you can say whatever you want nowadays. With no fear of potential lawsuits for misinformation. So in order to keep up with the present marketing concepts, - SkunkHunter is the greatest game ever made

  11. Keep it up we need more indie games on The Future of Independent Game Development · · Score: 1

I developed this free indie game in 2 weeks, http://skunkhunter.oxyhost.com/ The only problem of keeping it alive is promotion. The time taken to promote it takes time away from following projects and unless you feel the need to throw money at it which in turn will have to provide a return it's not an easy task. Perhaps more sites are needed that sanction free indie games and catalog them in mass for people to download in their lunch breaks
